Custom gift certificates available! Contact Debbie for more information. Want to delight someone you know with a portrait, but don't have the photo? A custom gift certificate will let them know they have a portrait of their child or pet on the way. Your certificate will be custom made and either mailed to you or emailed for you to print out yourself.

Shipping by priority mail is included in the price of your portrait (U.S. customers). If for some reason we need to expedite the shipping, you may be asked to make up the difference.

The most accurate and appealing portrait is done of the head and neck as close to life size as possible. Debbie works from good, clear photographs, preferably 35mm taken outside and not in the bright sun. Digital photos are also acceptable, please email them in a 150dpi jpeg format or larger. Please make sure that the dog's head is the main focus of your photograph...if I can see the details...I can paint them. Please don't ask me to paint from a photo where your dog's face is tiny or blurred. If you are wanting more than one animal...photographing them separately is fine...just make sure the light is coming from the same direction on both photos. If you are satisfied with the photo you are sending regarding coat and eye color, one photo of each dog will be sufficient. If not, please send all the information you can to make your portrait complete. Brief notes about your pet's personality are helpful in making the portrait come to life. Contact the artist for more accurate pricing if you have any questions.

A DEPOSIT OF 50% of the portrait is required with your order. The balance is due upon delivery of the portrait. Deposits can be made by personal check, or by PayPal.

Satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not satisfied, return the portrait and I will refund your deposit.

Please plan ahead and order your portraits in time for giving. Allow a minimum of 6 weeks on any portrait larger than 9x12". I can usually meet deadlines if needed for special occasions. Please plan early for Christmas.

I retain copyright on all artwork that I create. I may want to use the portrait to market on gift products online. However, if you are not comfortable with my sharing the portrait of your pet, I will honor your wishes.
